Shop Policies

Shipping: Please note that our order processing time is currently 7-10 business days after your payment has cleared. We do ship worldwide and the item/items will ship to the address on your PAYPAL account so please make sure the one on file is correct as there will be no refund for orders sent to the wrong address. Packages are not automatically insured against loss or damage. If you would like to purchase insurance please notify us in advance of  your purchase. We retain proof of shipment, but you will need to purchase insurance if you would like coverage for lost or damaged items. 
All packages are send out with tracking via USPS so if they go missing will be offer no refunds but store credit.Please make sure your color selection, size and Paypal address are correct before purchase! Please measure your child's foot from heel to big toe before ordering from our shop. 
Payment: As of now Leatherlicious accepts PAYPAL and Credit Card  payments. 
 Exchange Policy: Please make sure your color selection is the correct one before purchase. As of right now we only accept exchanges for a different size. Please, be advised that our products are made to order. We will exchange any product if for any reason you are not happy with the size chosen and they are unworn and in their original packaging within 10 days of the day they were delivered to your home. Customers from the USA and International ones, must send the product to us . We do not accept returns. 
Handmade Products: Please be advised that at Leatherlicious all products are made by hand and are not always identical in construction, shape, texture, and color. We picked for you the most fine leather, and we also take advantage of its natural markings (distressed leather) which give personality to each of the items crafted. The purchaser accepts that, so be advised that not always the shape, colors and textures will be exactly as the ones shown on the shop or Instagram page pictures.
Promises: We appreciate our customers and we strive to process your order the way it should. We want all of our customers to be completely thrilled with their new products and purchases. If your order comes defective for any reason, please let us know and we will be more than happy to fix it.
